This Privacy Policy applies to Flex Number Place ("気まぐれナンプレ").
Summary
- The app stores gameplay data such as in-progress puzzles, daily play-gate state, statistics, and trusted time calibration data on your device using Apple's UserDefaults API.
- The app does not require an account and does not upload gameplay progress or statistics to a developer-operated backend server.
- If ads are enabled, the app uses Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Those SDKs may process data from your device for advertising, consent management, analytics, fraud prevention, and diagnostics.
- The app may contact Apple's time service at
time.apple.comto obtain trusted time used for daily limits and streak calculations. - If you open the in-app bug-report link, you are taken to an external Google Forms page. Information submitted there is handled by that external service.
Information Stored on Your Device
- Your current in-progress puzzle, notes, elapsed time, and undo/redo history.
- Daily gate state used to decide whether a pre-start ad should be attempted.
- Gameplay statistics such as games played, wins, mistakes, hints, best times, and streaks.
- Trusted time offset and related timestamps used to reduce the effect of manual clock changes.
This local app data is not sent to a developer-operated gameplay server by the app.
Advertising, Consent, and Tracking
When ads are available, the app uses Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).
Depending on your region, device settings, and choices, these SDKs may process:
- device identifiers, including advertising-related identifiers
- coarse location
- ad interaction and product interaction data
- diagnostics, crash data, and performance data
These SDKs may use that data for serving and measuring ads, storing privacy choices, analytics, diagnostics, and fraud prevention.
If tracking permission is requested on your device, you can allow or deny it through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and later update that choice in iOS Settings. Where Google requires it, you can also update ad-related privacy choices from the in-app Privacy Choices entry.
Trusted Time Requests
To make daily limits and streak calculations more resistant to manual clock changes, the app may send a network request to Apple's time service at time.apple.com. This request is used only to calculate a best-effort trusted time offset for the app.
